Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #377 Shanlyn A.S. Park, of Hawaii, to be United States District Judge for the District of Hawaii, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the post-cloture time will considered expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Park nomination.
At approximately 1:45pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #223 Irma Carrillo Ramirez, of Texas, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.
