The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #354 - Jeffrey M. Bryan, of Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am all post-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Bryan nomination, followed by a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #308 - Margaret M. Garnett, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked on the Garnett nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at 2:15pm and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #117 - Jose Javier Rodriguez, of Florida, to be an Assistant Secretary of Labor.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Tuesday’s session.

4. Executive Calendar #378 - Jamel Semper, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey
5. Executive Calendar #377 - Shanlyn A.S. Park, of Hawaii, to be United States District Judge for the District of Hawaii
6. Executive Calendar #223 - Irma Carrillo Ramirez, of Texas, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit
