Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #222 Ana de Alba, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, post-cloture.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the de Alba nomination and on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #30, H.R. 815, RELIEVE Act (legislative vehicle for Continuing Resolution).
