Schedule for Pro Forma Session and Tuesday, October 24, 2023

The Senate stands adjourned to next convene for a pro forma session only with no business conducted at 12:00pm on Monday, October 23, 2023.

When the Senate adjourns on Monday, it will next convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #364, Michael G. Whitaker, of Vermont, to be Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration for the term of five years.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm-2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

The cloture motions with respect to Executive Calendar #364 and Executive Calendar #116  Jessica Looman, of Minnesota, to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor, will ripen at 2:15pm on Tuesday.  Additional roll call votes are expected during Tuesday’s session.
