The Senate

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #256 Philip Nathan Jefferson, of North Carolina, to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of four years, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Jefferson nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #260 Gwynne A. Wilcox, of New York, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring August 27, 2028.
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wilcox nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #255 Lisa DeNell Cook, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2024.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 5:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Cook nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #257 Adriana Debora Kugler, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012

2. Executive Calendar #255 Lisa DeNell Cook, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2024
3. Executive Calendar #257 Adriana Debora Kugler, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012
4. Executive Calendar #253 Anna M. Gomez, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021
