Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #100, H.J.Res.44, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives relating to "Factoring Criteria for Firearms with Attached 'Stabilizing Braces'".
At approximately 11:45am, the Senate will vote on passage of the joint resolution.
Following disposition of H.J.Res.44, the Senate will resume consideration of Treaty Document 112-8 Tax Convention with Chile, post-cloture.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on adoption of the resolution of ratification with respect to Treaty Document 112-8 Tax Convention with Chile.
At 4:00pm, His Excellency Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, will address a Joint Meeting of Congress in the Hall of the House of Representatives. All Senators are invited to attend the Joint Meeting. Senators should gather in the Senate Chamber at 3:20pm and will proceed to the House Chamber at 3:30pm.
