Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Executive Calendar #972, R. Russell Rumbaugh, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Navy.

At 11:15am, Senator Leahy will deliver his farewell address.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

Roll call votes are expected during Tuesday’s session.
