The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1067 Florence Y. Pan, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Pan nomination.

Following the vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Resolution of ratification with respect to Calendar #2 Treaty document 117-1 Amendment to Montreal Protocol ("Kigali Amendment").

Cloture has been filed on the following:

1. Calendar #484, S.4822, to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for additional disclosure requirements for corporations, labor organizations, Super PACs and other entities, and for other purposes. (DISCLOSE Act)
2. Executive Calendar #1055 Amanda Bennett, of the District of Columbia, to be Chief Executive Officer of the United States Agency for Global Media.
3. Executive Calendar #1097 Arati Prabhakar, of California, to be Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy.

Tuesday September 20^th at approx. 11:30am – roll call vote:

1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #1067 Florence Y. Pan, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Tuesday, September 20^th at approx. 2:15pm – roll call vote:

1. Motion to invoke cloture on the Resolution of ratification with respect to Calendar #2 Treaty document 117-1 Amendment to Montreal Protocol ("Kigali Amendment").
