The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, September 8, 2022.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #736 Andre B. Mathis, of Tennessee, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Mathis nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #986 Salvador Mendoza, Jr., of Washington, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Mendoza nomination.

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #986 Salvador Mendoza, Jr., of Washington, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
2. Executive Calendar #1043 Arianna J. Freeman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.
