The
Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am
on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #477, Alex Wagner, of the District of Columbia, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wagner nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #388, H.R.3967, Honoring our PACT Act.
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At approximately 4:00pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Jacobs-Young, Wainstein, and Baker nominations.

3. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #772 Shalanda Baker, of Texas, to be Director of the Office of Minority Economic Impact, Department of Energy.
