Schedule for pro forma sessions and Monday, April 25, 2022
The Senate
stands adjourned to convene for pro forma sessions with no business conducted
on the following dates and times, and does so under the provisions of
S.Res.593, as a further mark of respect to the memory of former Senator
Kaneaster Hodges:
Monday, April 11th at 11:30am
Thursday, April 14th at 11:00am
Monday, April 18th at 12:30pm
Thursday, April 21st at 8:45am
When the
Senate adjourns on Thursday the 21st, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday,
April 25, 2022.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #808 Lael Brainard, of the District of Columbia, to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Brainard nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #808 Lael Brainard, of the District of Columbia, to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
2. Executive Calendar #844 Lisa DeNell Cook, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
3. Executive Calendar #848 Alvaro M. Bedoya, of Maryland, to be a Federal Trade Commissioner

1. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #808 Lael Brainard, of the District of Columbia, to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
