Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #567, Jessica Rosenworcel, of Connecticut, to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission.

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Rosenworcel nomination.

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1.      Executive Calendar #567, Jessica Rosenworcel, of Connecticut, to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission.

2.      Executive Calendar #480, Dierdre Hamilton, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the National Mediation Board.

3.      Executive Calendar #513, Chris Magnus, of Arizona, to be Commissioner of US Customs and Border Protection.
