The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2021.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #4, S.Con.Res.5, the budget resolution. The time from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. will be equally divided between Senators Sanders and Graham, and following their remarks all time on the budget resolution will be considered expired. At that time the Senate will dispose of any pending amendments. There is no limit to the number of amendments that can be offered at the end of the debate time and before a vote on adoption of the concurrent resolution.

Therefore, senators should expect a long series of roll call votes beginning at approximately 2:30 p.m..
