The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #835, Kyle Hauptman, of Maine, to be a Member of the National Credit Union Administration Board, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:45am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Hauptman nomination. Following disposition of the Hauptman nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #650, Kathryn C. Davis, of Maryland, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims. Following that cloture vote, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #761, Christopher Waller, of Minnesota, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
At approximately 2:00pm, we expect Senator-elect Mark Kelly to be sworn in as Senator of the State of Arizona.
If cloture is invoked on the Davis nomination, at 2:05pm, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
If cloture is invoked on the Waller nomination, the confirmation vote will occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader on Thursday, December 3rd.
Cloture has also been filed on Executive Calendar #842, Liam P. Hardy, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session.
