Schedule for pro forma sessions and Monday, November 30, 2020

The Senate stands adjourned for pro forma sessions only with no business conducted on the following dates and times:

 

Friday, November 20th at 8:15am

Tuesday, November 24th at 12:15pm

Friday, November 27th at 3:15pm

 

When the Senate adjourns on Friday, November 27th, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, November 30th.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 5:00pm with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

 

At 5:00pm, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #893, Taylor B. McNeel, of Mississippi, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi.

 

At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the McNeel nomination.

 

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #893, Taylor B. McNeel, of Mississippi, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi

2. Executive Calendar #864, J. Philip Calabrese, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio

3. Executive Calendar #835, Kyle Hauptman, of Maine, to be a Member of the National Credit Union Administration Board

4. Executive Calendar #650, Kathryn C. Davis, of Maryland, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims
