Schedule for Pro Forma Sessions and Monday, November 9, 2020
The Senate stands adjourned to convene for pro forma sessions with no business conducted on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, October 27th at 11:30am;
Friday, October 30th at 12:00pm;
Tuesday, November 3rd at 10:15am; and
Friday, November 6th at 9:00am.
When the Senate adjourns on Friday, November 6, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, November 9, 2020.
On Monday, following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #865, James Ray Knepp II, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Knepp nomination.
