The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.2657, the legislative vehicle for the American Energy Innovation Act.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:10pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
As a reminder, the cloture motions on the Murkowski substitute amendment #1407 and the underlying bill, S.2657, were not agreed to during Monday’s session. Senator McConnell entered motions to reconsider the failed cloture votes.
It’s also possible that the Senate could consider the Borrower Defense CRA during Tuesday’s session.
