Agreement reached on VanDyke, Sullivan, Hahn, and Skipwith / 1 vote (Vets) at noon and 4 votes at 4:15pm today

The Senate has reached an agreement that results in 4 roll call votes at 4:15pm today, in addition to the previously scheduled vote at noon. The votes will be on confirmation of the VanDyke nomination, and cloture on the Sullivan, Hahn and Skipwith nominations. If cloture is invoked on any of those nominations, the confirmation votes would occur at a time to be determined tomorrow, Thursday, December 12th.

2.       Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #530, John Joseph Sullivan, of Maryland, to be Ambassador to Russia

3.       Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #543, Stephen Hahn, of Texas, to be Commissioner of Food and Drugs, Department of Health and Human Services

4.       Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #452, Aurelia Skipwith, of Indiana, to be Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service
