Roll call vote on confirmation of Stilwell (Assistant Sec. of State)

1:45pm the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #193 David Stilwell, of Hawaii, to be an Assistant Secretary of State (East Asian and Pacific Affairs).
