Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #24, Wendy Vitter, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana, post-cloture.

At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will vote on (1) confirmation of the Vitter nomination and (2) confirmation of Executive Calendar #221, Brian J. Bulatao, of Texas, to be an Under Secretary of State.

At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #230, Jeffrey A. Rosen, to be Deputy Attorney General.
