The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, February 28, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #10, the nomination of Andrew Wheeler, of Virginia, to be Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. The time between 12:00 and 12:30pm will be equally divided, and upon the use or yielding back of that time the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wheeler nomination.

Following disposition of the Wheeler nomination the Senate will consider the Executive Calendar #12, the nomination of John L. Ryder, of Tennessee, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority, with the time until 1:45pm equally divided. At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Ryder nomination.

Thursday at 12:30pm – 1 roll call vote:

1)      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #10, the nomination of Andrew Wheeler, of Virginia, to be Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Thursday at 1:45pm – 1 roll call vote:

1)      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #12, the nomination of John L. Ryder, of Tennessee, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority
