Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1042, the nomination of
Joseph Maguire, of Florida, to be Director of the National Counterterrorism
Center.
At 11:00am, the Senate will
vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Maguire nomination.
Additional roll call vote are
possible for Wednesday’s session.
