vote on confirmation of the Oldham nomination.
Upon disposition of the
Oldham nomination, there will be an immediate cloture vote on Executive
Calendar #903, Ryan Wesley Bounds, of Oregon, to be United States Circuit Judge
for the Ninth Circuit.
