At 12:00 noon, Senator Schumer, or his designee, will be recognized to offer a motion to proceed to S.J.Res.52, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission relating to "Restoring Internet Freedom" (Net Neutrality). If the motion to proceed is agreed to (majority vote), there would be up to 10 hours of debate. We expect the vote on passage to occur around 3pm.
