Cruz objects to Northey nomination

Senator Grassley asked unanimous consent the Senate vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #387, the nomination of William Northey, of Iowa, to be Under Secretary of Agriculture for Farm and Foreign Agricultural  Services.
