On Tuesday,
following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the House
message on S.139, FISA. At 5:30pm, the
Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the House message.
The filing
deadline for 1st degree amendments to the bill is 4:45pm and the
filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments is 5:15pm.
