Additional Roll Call Votes Today and Monday, November 27th

The Senate has reached an agreement that sets up 2 roll call votes at 1:45pm today, in addition to the 3 at 12:00 Noon.

At 1:30pm, the Chair will lay before the Senate the Conference Report to accompany H.R.2810, NDAA, with 15 minutes of debate equally divided followed by a vote on adoption of the conference report. Following disposition of the conference report, all post-cloture time on the Coggins and Friedrich nominations will be yielded back and the Senate will vote immediately on the Coggins nomination. The confirmation vote with respect to the Friedrich nomination will occur at 5:30pm on Monday, November 27th.

Thursday, November 16th at 12:00 Noon – 3 roll call votes

1)      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #300, Joseph Otting, of Nevada, to be Comptroller of the Currency;

2)      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #313, Donald C. Coggins Jr., of South Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina; and

3)      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #314, Dabney Langhorne Freidrich, of California, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

Thursday, November 16th at 1:45pm – 2 roll call votes

1)      Adoption of the Conference Report to accompany H.R. 2810, NDAA

2)      Confirmation of on Executive Calendar #313, Donald C. Coggins Jr., of South Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina

Monday, November 27th at 5:30pm – at least 1 roll call vote

1)      Confirmation Executive Calendar #314, Dabney Langhorne Freidrich, of California, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.
