The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, October 26, 2017.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration Executive Calendar #117, Scott L. Palk, of Oklahoma, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma, post-cloture. At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Palk nomination.

Upon disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Executive Calendar #179, Trevor N. McFadden, of Virginia, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

Thursday at 12:00 Noon – 2 roll call votes

1.      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #117, Scott L. Palk, of Oklahoma, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma.

2.      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #179, Trevor N. McFadden, of Virginia, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

If cloture is invoked on the McFadden nomination, a vote on confirmation is possible during Thursday’s session.
