Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 5:00pm, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At 5:00pm, the Senate will enter Executive Session to consider the nomination of Alissa M. Starzak to be General Counsel of the Department of the Army. There will be 30 minutes of debate followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination.

Following disposition of the Starzak nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #394, 395, and 396; we expect them to be confirmed by voice.
