Agreement on Walker and Berg nominations

On Thursday, December 6, 2012, at 11:45 a.m., the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider the Walker and Berg nominations. There will be 15 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form.

Following the disposition of H.R. 6156, Russia-Moldova PNTR, (12:10pm vote) the Senate will resume Executive Session and proceed to vote without intervening action or debate on Cal. #761 and 828 in that order.

 

#761 Mark E. Walker, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Florida (expect roll call vote); and

#828 Terrence Berg, of Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan (expect voice vote).
