Sessions #2963 (Sergeant Paschal Conley)

Hoeven #2991 (SoS strategic nuclear delivery systems)

Barrasso #3083 (intercontinental ballistic missile force)

Senator Ayotte announced that she will not offer her amendment to establish and East Coast missile site. Senator Levin announced on the floor they are working on a modification to the Kyl amendment and the managers would like to vote on that in the next couple of hours.

As always, another message will be sent if and when any agreement is reached.
