As a reminder, this evening, Senator McConnell moved to proceed to Calendar #543, S.3110, American Energy and Conservation Act, and filed cloture on the motion. The roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture is expected one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday, November 17.
