Burr and Lee object to calling up LWCF amendments to cybersecurity

This evening there was an attempt to make pending to S.754, Cyberseurity, amendments to extend the Land Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) for 6 months, 1 year, and permanently. In each case, there were objections. Below you will find the sequence of the requests and objections and text of the unofficial transcript.

Senator Udall asked unanimous consent to set aside the pending amendments in order to call up amendment #2717 (6 month extension of the (LWCF)).

Senator Burr asked consent that the request be modified to an amendment that is the Murkowski-Cantwell permanent extension language.

Senator Lee objected to the modification.

Senator Burr objected to the original request.

Senator Udall then asked consent to call up the amendment as modified with a 1 year extension of the LWCF.

Senator Burr asked that the amendment be modified with a permanent extension.

Senator Lee objected to the modification.
