Agreement to Proceed to H.R.2112, Ag, CJS and Transportation Approps
At 4:00pm on Monday, October 17, 2011, the Senate will begin consideration of Calendar #155, H.R.2112, the Agriculture Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2012.
By unanimous consent, the committee amendment will be withdrawn and Senator Inouye, or his designee, will be recognized to offer amendment #738, which is the text of the withdrawn amendment (H.R.2112) as Division A, the text of Calendar #170, S.1572, the Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2012 as Division B, and the text of Calendar #177, S.1596, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2012 as Division C.
