Reid motion to table House Message tabled 54-46; Morning Business until 12:30pm
The House Message on H.J.Res.59 (1-year Obamacare delay and request for conference) was tabled 54-46. The continuing resolution will now go back to the House for its consideration.
The Senate is in a period of morning business for debate only until 12:30pm with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
