Shelby objects to confirmation of McWaters nomination (Ex-Im bank)

Senator Murray asked unanimous consent the Banking Committee be discharged from further consideration of PN1093, the nomination of John Mark McWaters, of Texas, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export Import Bank of the United States for a term expiring January 20, 2019, and that the Senate take up and confirm the nomination.

Senator Shelby objected.
