The Senate has resumed consideration of H.J.Res.124, the Continuing Resolution. Senator Reid offered a series of technical amendments to the joint resolution and filed cloture on the joint resolution. There will now be up to 4 ½ hours for debate prior to a series of votes in relation to the following items:

-Sessions, or his designee, motion to table a Reid amendment to the joint resolution

-Motion to invoke cloture on H.J.Res.124, Continuing Resolution through December 12, 2014

-Motion to waive any applicable budget points of order (unclear if a Republican will raise a point of order)

-Passage of H.J.Res.124, Continuing Resolution
