Senate Floor Schedule For Tuesday, September 09, 2008
- Morning business for up to 1 hour with senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. The Republicans will control the first 30 minutes and the Majority will control the next 30 minutes.
- Following morning business, the Senate will resume the motion to proceed to S.3001, the Department of Defense Authorization bill.
- The Senate will recess from 12:30 until 2:15 to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons. Time during any recess, adjournment or morning business will count post-cloture.
- The Senate is considering S.3001.
