roll call vote following the Joint Session

Following the Joint Session, the Senate will stand in recess subject to the call of the Chair to allow Senators to return to the chamber.  When the Senate reconvenes, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to proceed to S.J.Res.25, a joint resolution relating to the disapproval of the President's exercise of authority to increase the debt limit (McConnell and others).
