At 2:00pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to debate Calendar #276, Robert S. Mueller III, of California, to be Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations for up to two hours equally divided and controlled in the usual form.

Upon the use or yielding back of time (at approximately 4:00pm), there will be a roll call vote on confirmation of the Mueller nomination.
