McConnell files cloture on conference report to H.R.2577, MilCon-VA Approps and H.R.5293, DOD Approps

Senator McConnell asked that the Chair lay before the Senate the conference report to accompany H.R.2577, MilCon-VA Appropriations, and filed cloture on the conference report.

He then moved to proceed to Calendar #524, H.R.5293, DOD Appropriations, and filed cloture on the motion to proceed.

Those cloture votes are expected on Tuesday, September 6. Another message will be sent when the votes are set.
