The Booker amendment was agreed to 56-40. The Senate then agreed to the Portman and Bennet amendments by voice votes.

The Senate stands in recess until 2:15pm.

The filing deadline for first degree amendments is 2:30pm.

The next votes will begin at 4:00pm. Currently, we expect 3 roll calls and 1 voice vote. Before the Senate recessed, Senator Alexander said that we may add amendments to that vote series.
