Vote reminder: roll call vote at approximately 5pm

At approximately 5:00pm, the Senate will conduct a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.J.Res.20, the Kerry-McCain resolution regarding Libya.  Senator Reid announced this vote will be longer than usual to accommodate Senators who are returning from the holiday yesterday.
