Order to remove section 636 of NDAA

This morning the House blue slipped H.R.1735, National Defense Authorization Act. As a result, the papers will be returned to the Senate. By unanimous consent, the Secretary of the Senate has been authorized to re-engross the Senate amendment to the bill, H.R.1735, with the following change:

Strike section 636, Treatment of Department of Defense Military Retirement Fund as a qualified trust.
