Objection to calling up Grassley amendment #1786 (criminal penalties)

Senator Grassley asked unanimous consent to set aside the pending amendment in order to call up Grassley amendment #1786 (criminal penalties for maritime offenses and acts of nuclear terrorism) to H.R.1735, NDAA.
