Votes tomorrow on McCain-Feinstein, Ernst, Gillibrand and cloture on NDAA

The Senate has reached an agreement that results in 1 vote at 11:30am and 3 votes at 2:15pm tomorrow, tomorrow, June 16th.

At 11:30am, notwithstanding the provisions of rule 22, the Senate will vote in relation to the McCain-Feinstein amendment #1889 (torture).

At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote in relation the Ernst amendment #1549 (Arming the Kurds), Gillibrand amendment #1578 (sexual assault in the military), and cloture on the McCain substitute amendment #1463 to H.R.1735, NDAA.

The Ernst and Gillibrand amendments and cloture are subject to 60-affirmative vote thresholds. No second degree amendments are in order to any of the amendments in this agreement prior to a vote.

11:30am:

McCain-Feinstein amendment #1889 (torture)

2:15pm:

Ernst amendment #1549 (Arming the Kurds)

Gillibrand amendment #1578 (sexual assault in the military)

Cloture on the McCain substitute amendment #1463 to H.R.1735, NDAA
