Schedule for Tuesday, June 6, 2017

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #54, the nomination of Courtney Elwood, of Virginia, to be General Counsel of the Central Intelligence Agency.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Elwood nomination.

Following disposition of the Elwood nomination, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of S.1094, the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act; agree to the committee-reported substitute amendment; have 3 hours of debate, equally divided; and vote (expected by voice) on passage of the bill, as amended.
