The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, May 14, 2015.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 10:00am. At 10:00am, the Senate will proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar #57, H.R.1295 and Calendar #56, H.R.644, en bloc. The Hatch amendments, which are the text of S.1267 and S.1269 respectively, will be considered and agreed to. No further amendments are in order prior to votes on passage of the bills, as amended. Each bill is subject to a 60-affirmative vote threshold for passage.  The time from 10:00am until 12:00pm and the time following the votes in relation to H.R.1295/H.R.644 until the cloture vote at 2:00pm will be equally divided.

At 2:00pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.1314, upon reconsideration. If cloture is invoked on the motion to proceed, all post-cloture time would expire at 10:00pm Thursday night.
