The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, May 15, 2017.
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Jeffrey Rosen, of Virginia, to be Deputy Secretary of Transportation, with the time until 5:30pm equally divided. At 5:30pm, the pending cloture motions will ripen and the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Rosen nomination.
As a reminder, cloture has been filed on the nominations of Jeffrey Rosen and Rachel Brand, of Iowa, to be Associate Attorney General. Upon disposition of the Rosen nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Brand nomination.
