The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.2028, Energy and Water Appropriations.

At 10:30am there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Cotton amendment #3878 (heavy water). If cloture is not invoked, there will then be an hour of debate equally divided. Following the use or yielding back of that time, Senator Cotton or his designee will withdraw the amendment and the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on substitute amendment #3801.

The filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments to the Cotton amendment is 1 hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.
